PRICE OF VILLAS

Guests have the option to rent one, two, or all three villas in a single reservation.

The rental rates from Monday – Sunday ( weekends and public holidays included ) are as follows :

VILLA RIMBA : RM700 per night

Up to 3 additional rollaway beds at RM70 per pax per stay or
Up to 3 additional mattresses at RM40 per pax per stay
Surcharge of RM50.00 per head will apply if exceed maximum occupancy

VILLA ALOR: RM600 per night

Up to 3 additional rollaway beds at RM70 per pax per stay or
Up to 3 additional mattresses at RM40 per pax per stay
Surcharge of RM50.00 per head will apply if exceed maximum occupancy

VILLA CASARIA: RM450 per night

Up to 2 additional rollaway beds at RM70 per pax per stay or
Up to 2 additional mattresses at RM40 per pax per stay
Surcharge of RM50.00 per head will apply if exceed maximum occupancy

Breakfast is not included.

A security deposit of RM 200 per villa is required.

Once a reservation has been received, you will be informed by a confirmation email/whatsapp. For a confirmed booking, a deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount is required within 48 hours of receipt of the above confirmation email/whatsapp. The balance 50% as well as RM 200 security deposit is payable no later than 14 days before checking in. The security deposit of RM 200 will be refunded within 7 days of guests’ checkout.
