Rimba Alor Orchard Villas Kampung / Homestay
Introduction
Rimba Alor Orchard Villas (“Rimba Alor”) is located in the village of Melaka Pindah in Alor Gajah, Melaka. According to historical records, the village dates back more than 500 years. Rimba Alor has been in the owner’s family for generations. Originally, it was a fruit orchard with a variety of fruit trees including durians. Some of the existing durian trees are at least 90 years old. There was originally only one wooden ‘kampung’ house and a well whose source of water is an underground spring.
Rimba Alor offers guests an environment that celebrates both heritage and nature. It evokes a sense of nostalgia for the simplicity and tranquillity of “kampung life” and offers a “back to nature” sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle of modern life.
Rimba Alor welcomes guests to a venue which is perfect for family get togethers, reunions of old friends, celebrations, or just the experience of a ‘kampung’ life with the comfort and convenience of modern facilities. The spacious and scenic grounds also make this the perfect venue for weddings and memorable photos.
